Pricing 

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include tax (GST currently at 15%). Prices displayed are correct at the time of publication, but we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. If a price change occurs after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you before processing your order.

Product Descriptions 

Ava Rose Jewellery strives to provide accurate product descriptions on our website. However, we are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors. If a purchased product does not match its description, please contact us immediately before wearing the item.

Promotions & Special Offers 

Please note that not all promotions or offers available in-store at Ava Rose Jewellery are available online. Heavily discounted items or those in the clearance section may not be available in-store at the online prices.

Orders 

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms, conditions, and prices displayed. An automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided within 10 minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your Spam Folder. This email serves as proof of purchase for warranty and exchange purposes. If a product is no longer available after an order is placed, Ava Rose Jewellery will contact you within 3 working days to offer an alternative product or a full refund. Please note that during peak trading periods, there may be delays in dispatching orders. We will inform customers of any delays via a notice on the website. Ava Rose Jewellery reserves the right to refuse an order if it suspects fraud or unauthorized activity.

International Orders 

Customers are responsible for any import fees or duties applicable in their country. These fees, if applicable, are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Loss or Damage in Transit 

Responsibility for loss or damage to purchases during transit lies with the courier company. Ava Rose Jewellery uses Courier Post Track & Trace for all domestic orders, as required by law when shipping jewellery. Ava Rose Jewellery is not responsible for the loss of items incorrectly signed for.
